Designed for duel user paths, footpaths, carparks and tree protection zones, Permcon delivers fully integrated stormwater outcomes within a refined, durable surface. Installed to stringent council specifications, each system preserves canopy health, supports groundwater recharge, and removes reliance on traditional detention solutions.
Engineered for pedestrian and cycle loading, with tree-root-sensitive base construction over structural soils, Permcon ensures long-term performance without compromise. Clean lines, compliant finishes, and tactile-ready detailing complete a solution specified by leading civil contractors and council asset teams.
Driveways, courtyards & pool surrounds
Permcon permeable concrete driveways are designed for Australian conditions – managing rainwater effectively, while standing up to regular vehicle use. Water drains through the surface, reducing puddling and mitigating the risk of surface flooding to help protect buildings and landscaping.
Available in various colours and finishes to complement the surrounding environment and architectural style, Permcon driveways remain low maintenance for decades.
A permeable driveway also does not contribute towards site coverage and meets all planning requirements for permeable surfaces.

Permcon car parks combine drainage performance with structural strength, making them a practical solution for schools, community facilities, commercial yards and more.
Water drains through the surface rather than across it – reducing pooling and deterioration caused by standing water, with enhanced safety and useability in wet weather.
These systems also assist with permeable surface requirements under many planning rules as they do not count towards site coverage.

Our footpaths are used across parks, schools, subdivisions and town centres throughout Australia. Each installation is tailored to its setting, taking into account pedestrian traffic, drainage requirements and local ground conditions. Permcon also doesn’t contribute to site coverage, which makes it ideal for infill and intensification projects.

Permeable concrete sport courts drain instantly so the game never stops for weather. This backyard half-court in Beaconsfield sits on a permeable base that handles every drop on site no runoff into the yard, no puddles on the surface, and no council drainage headaches.

Wa-Karroong
APC recently completed works in partnership with many local Australian business, taking part in what has become an amazing project.
What began as a conversation has now become a completed home for Wathaurong Aboriginal Co-Operative, built through collaboration, cultural guidance, generosity and shared purpose.
This project brought together community, Traditional Owners, government representatives, suppliers, trades, designers, manufacturers, builders and supporters, all contributing their time, resources and expertise to help create something far greater than a house.
